Park Rules

These rules and standards are for the benefit of all campers. Please respect those around you. Management retains the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. RV guests park at their own risk. The Weekender assumes no responsibility for damages to camper’s property or persons during your stay at the park.

Guests will be held responsible for any breakage or destruction of property.

Any breaking of these rules is grounds for expulsion from the park without refund.

Rates and fees are subject to change without notice.

  • No alcohol consumption or containers permitted in public areas. *Yell county is a dry county, plan accordingly.
  • Threatening or indecent conduct, the use of abusive or profane language will be cause for removal from the premises.
  • Park speed limit is 5 mph
  • No fireworks or firearms allowed.
  • Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside of your RV.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times
  • Be responsible for your pets and pick up their waste and dispose of it properly.
  • No Loud Music or noisy pets.
  • Quiet time is 10:00 pm-7:30 am. 
  • Please put all trash in plastic bags in the dumpster provided.
  • No burning trash.
  • Guests should pay for only those nights they are sure they will stay. Refunds are not given for unused nights. No refunds or prorating of payment for early departure.
  • No vehicle or boat mechanical work of any kind.

RV Sites

  • Do not leave trash outside your camper.
  • Do not park on grass
  • RV-specific travel fences that are temporary and easy to disassemble are permitted. Be sure to keep the fence entirely within your designated site boundaries, allowing clear access for your neighbor to their utility connections.
  • Only campground or camping items/furniture allowed in campsites.
  • Sewer connections must be sealed to receptacle with gasket or equivalent.
  • Only two vehicles and one RV are allowed in each site. Extra vehicles must be parked in designated areas. No parking in vacant sites. Parking for extra vehicles, boats, or trailers requires prior approval. Call ahead to ensure availability.
  • No repairs, oil changes, or maintenance allowed without approval. 
  • RV washing is allowed with management approval ONLY.
  • No tarps, underpinning, decks, or construction allowed. Long-term storage underneath campers are not permitted.

Long Term, One or More Months

  • Long term payment is required in full for the first month upon arrival. After your first month, payment is due on the 1st and a late fee of $15 a day will be applied. Expulsion after the 6th at the customer’s expense. No refunds.
  • Long term sites are limited, require an application, and are required to pay utilities.
  • A fee of $25 per person per month will be applied to sites that have more than four guests.

Cabins

  • No smoking inside cabins.
  • No pets except in Cabin 3.
  • Cabins are not infant/child friendly.
  • Rules and cabin instructions are listed inside each cabin.
